Hospitable Setup & Support
Getting Hospitable set up right the first time, or untangling what's already gone sideways: messaging rules, channels, calendars, the works.
I'm Jen. 25 years in tech support and a 5-star Superhost myself. I help short-term rental hosts and property managers fix, understand, and actually feel good about their tech. No jargon. No judgment. No made-to-feel-dumb.

Not a badge I bought. The platform picked it.
Most hosts I meet
have been made to feel
dumb by someone. Not here.
Most hosts I work with are running a real business, juggling guests and turnovers, and are then expected to be their own IT department. That's not fair, and it's not your fault. Here's what working with me actually feels like:
There's no such thing as a dumb question here. If you don't know what a "webhook" is, that's exactly why I'm here.
I'll explain what's happening and why, not just fix it and disappear. You'll walk away understanding your own setup.
I'm a host too. I've had the 11pm lockout panic. I'm not a call-center script. I actually get what's at stake.
From your booking software to the smart lock that won't cooperate, here's where hosts and property managers usually bring me in.
Getting Hospitable set up right the first time, or untangling what's already gone sideways: messaging rules, channels, calendars, the works.
Save hours a week with automations and AI tools that actually make sense for your properties, explained without the buzzwords.
PriceLabs, StayFi, Guesty, smart locks, wifi, noise sensors, thermostats, streaming logins: the whole messy stack of tools and devices that makes a rental actually work.
Ongoing support for hosts and PM companies who want a trusted tech person on speed dial, not a ticket number.
Managing dozens of units is a different problem from managing one. The tech has to work the same way every time, your team has to be able to run it without you, and someone has to own the mess when a platform breaks.
Talk Through Your PortfolioYour properties get configured the same way every time, so onboarding unit forty-eight looks exactly like unit three instead of starting from scratch.
I'd rather train your co-hosts and assistants to handle the routine work themselves than be a permanent bottleneck. You escalate to me for what actually needs me.
When it's a bug on the platform's end, chasing it is my job. I know how to write a ticket that gets resolved instead of bounced, and I follow it through so your team can forget about it. Support clients get a reply from me within 24 hours on business days.
I'm one person, and you should plan for that. Every setup I build comes with written documentation that belongs to you, so nothing critical lives only in my head. If I got hit by a bus, your team would still have the runbook.
I spent 25 years in tech support long before I ever hosted a guest, so when I tell you I can fix something, I mean it. Then I became a Superhost myself, and realized most of the "tech help" out there for hosts is either too basic or talks down to you like you should already know this stuff.
I built The Host OS to be the opposite of that. I'm the person you text when your smart lock is being weird at 10pm before a check-in, or when you just want someone to explain what an automation actually does before you turn it on. No condescension, no upsells you don't need, just someone who's genuinely got your back.
JenGrab a spot on my calendar. No forms, no sales pitch, just 30 minutes to talk through what's going on.
I'll ask about your setup, listen to what's frustrating you, and tell you honestly what I can do to help.
I'll solve the problem and make sure you actually understand what happened, so you feel more confident next time.
You shouldn't have to sit through a sales call just to find out what something costs. Here's where most hosts and property managers start.

Every project is quoted as a flat fee before any work starts. You will never get an invoice you didn't expect.
Yes, honestly. Most of the hosts I work with feel exactly this way, and it's the reason I exist. I explain everything in plain language, at your pace, with zero judgment. You don't need to "keep up." That's my job.
Hospitable setup and troubleshooting, PriceLabs, StayFi, Guesty, automations and AI tools, smart locks, wifi, noise sensors, thermostats, streaming devices, basically anything tech-related that touches your rental. If you're not sure whether it's "my thing," just ask on the call.
Both. I help solo hosts get set up and unstuck, and I work with PM companies who want their tech stack standardized and their team trained so they're not reinventing the wheel on every property.
Often none at all. For a strategy hour you share your screen and stay in the driver's seat: you click, I talk you through it, and I never touch your passwords. For hands-on work where I do need in, I ask to be added as my own user wherever the platform supports it (Hospitable does), so you can see exactly what I did and remove me with one click. I don't ask for shared passwords when there's a proper way in, I don't keep credentials in plain text, and access ends when the job does. If you'd rather I never had access at all, say so and we'll work that way.
It's all listed above, no digging required. A strategy hour is $250, projects start at $950, and ongoing support starts at $425 a month. Projects are quoted as a flat fee before any work starts, so you always know the number in advance. The first call is free, and that's where we work out which one you actually need.
Ask anyway. If it's genuinely outside my wheelhouse, I'll tell you straight and point you toward someone who can help. I'm not going to waste your time or money.
Book a free 30-minute call and tell me what's driving you crazy. No pressure, no pitch, just a real conversation.
