Want the actual prompt?
Hospitable put my Weekly Property Intelligence Report in their public MCP Library. The write-up is over there for anyone to read. The prompt itself isn't. Tell me where to send it and I'll give you the real thing, exactly as I run it.
Every Monday at 8am, before the coffee
It runs across all four of my properties with nothing for me to click. By the time I'm awake, the week is already written up.
-
01
Reads every review, public and private
Runs sentiment on the week's guest feedback, spots maintenance problems buried in it, opens a ticket for each physical issue, and drafts replies in my voice for anything still open for response.
-
02
Briefs me on who's arriving
Pulls the week's new bookings with nightly rate, revenue and lead time, then reads the message threads for pets, celebrations, special requests and returning guests, so nobody arrives as a surprise.
-
03
Pulls the conversion numbers
Goes into the Airbnb performance dashboard for every listing and takes impressions, search-to-listing, listing-to-booking and wishlist saves, then writes them into a spreadsheet with a week-over-week variance row.
-
04
Notices when a listing changes
Snapshots each listing and diffs it against last week. Titles, descriptions, amenities, photos, house rules. This is the part I'm proudest of: when conversion moves, I can trace it to the edit that caused it.
-
05
Writes it all up in one place
Everything lands in a single formatted report per property. One page, every Monday, without me touching it.
This isn't a five-minute setup
I'd rather tell you now than after you've signed up. To run this you'll need:
- A Hospitable account with MCP access
- A Claude account that can run the connector
- Somewhere for the report to land, like Confluence, Notion or a Google Doc
- Optional: a ticket tracker for the maintenance items, and a spreadsheet for the conversion numbers
It took me a while to get right, and the prompt I'll send you is the version after all the things that went wrong. If you're comfortable following a technical setup, it'll work. If reading that list made your stomach drop, that's fine too, and it's genuinely what I do for a living.
It's yours. No catch.
I'll send the prompt and the notes on the bits that trip people up. If you get stuck, reply to that email and tell me where.
